This is Arilynn, Water Sorceress from the Dark Heaven line. She's a pretty fun mini to paint since her dress covers most of her body, leaving the folds in the material to suggest the motion of the piece.

The blues are the Ocean Teal triad, the white's my usual Pure White/Ghost White/Snow Shadow crew, the tan is Tanned Leather mixed with Linen White, and the purple is Nightshade Purple with Pure White.
