This is the Sea Nymph out of the Nymph and Fairies pack (2741) from Reaper. I wanted to make her seem truly fae so I went with a teal skintone and complemented it with the usual colors (shoosh Jen). The picture is actually kinda washed out; the teal is much stronger and not as chalky as the pic would lead you to believe.

For those interested it's the Ocean Teal triad highlighted up with Linen White, Imperial Purple, Antique Rose, and Desert Khaki.

The base is a Reaper round metal one with white glue layered on to give the water effects. Next time I do it I'll paint very diluted layers of paint onto each layer to give it color depth as well.
