This is Rosie, Chronotechnician from Reaper's Chronoscope line (CHR 50016), as sculpted by Bob Ridolfi. This is quite possibly one of the cutest miniatures I've seen; I love the sculpt of her face and her simple, clean gear. I couldn't decide if I liked the wrench or the rifle better, so I decided to let the buyer decide; if you win this auction I'll permanently affix either weapon to her hand (and send you the other piece along with her). I used some poster-tack to hold the weapons on for the photo shoot, which is the yellow stuff you can see in the rear picture of her holding the gun.

The tattoo on her left arm came to me when I was trying to figure out something to give her a bit more personality. She obviously is in great shape, and a Chronotechnician of some sort (Sci-fi mechanic type), so I wanted to give her a cute tattoo that said something about her. The heart with the arrow through it traditionally was reserved for Mom, but I thought it would be cute if she had Dad put there instead.

I kept her basing pretty simple and ambiguous; I wanted the grey, yellow stripe, and circular metallic area to be pretty nondescript so that it could represent a modern street, a mechanic's bay, or the interior of a ship.

She's been painted with both Reaper Master Series paints and Citadel Colour Metallics, with several layers of Testor's Dull Cote to protect her from harm and mishaps. The tools on her belt, wrench, manhole/plate on the base, and trim on her boots have all been painted with metallic paint that has several layers of regular acrylics in the shadows and brighter metallics on top to give it more depth.
